Get started with Colgate Magik

If you're setting up a Colgate Magik app for the first time

Your Colgate account allows you to keep track of your progress in the Colgate Magik app. You will also be able to:

• Set your preferences (such as language)
• Create multiple profiles, creating multiples adventurers
  
• Access your personal information

To create a Colgate account using the Magik app:

1. Start by downloading the Colgate Magik app.
2. You'll be invited to onboard, tap Get Started.
3. To confirm that you're an adult and you provide consent, type your birthdate.
4. Enter your child's name and age, and choose their favorite color . Tap Create.
5. Enter your email. It will be your Colgate account. Read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, then check the boxes. Tap Sign up.

If you're a Colgate Connect user already

If you already have a Colgate Connect product, you can reconnect to your existing Colgate account. You may need to do this if you have changed your phone or tablet, or uninstalled the Colgate Magik App from your device.

To reconnect to your existing Colgate account by completing the following steps:

1. Start by downloading the Colgate Magik App.
2. Tap Log in at the bottom
3. Enter your email

You'll receive a link by email. This link must be opened on the device where you're trying to launch Colgate Magik.
