About your Colgate account In Magik

The Colgate account allows you to keep track of your progress in the Magik app. You will also be able to:

• Set your preferences
  
• Create multiple adventures
  
• Access your personal information

Create a Colgate account

1. Start by downloading the Colgate Magik App.
2. You'll be invited to onboard, simply follow the instructions given.
3. Enter your email. It will be your Colgate account. Read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, then check the boxes. Tap Sign up.

Logging out of your account

To log out of your account, go to the Parental Dashboard, then Setting, and select Log out.

Reconnect to my account

If you have changed your phone or tablet, or uninstalled the application from your device, you can reconnect to your account by completing the following steps:

1. Open the Colgate Magik app, click Log in in the right bottom,
2. Enter your email address, then click Next. 

You will receive a message at the indicated mail address. From your device, click the link contained in the email message. You will then be taken to the application and will find you are now logged in!

Deleting your account

If you delete your Colgate account, you will lose all your brushing data.

It is not possible to restore a deleted account, and all brushing data will be lost.

Go to Parental Dashboard, then Settings, and tap Delete account.
