Why can't I take pictures with Magik for iOS?

To take pictures in the Colgate Magik Photobooth with iOS, you'll need to grant this access to save the picture taken with the Magik app into your device library.

The first time you will open the Colgate Magik app wants to use information from another app, you  will have choice between three-levels of access

• "Allow Acces to All Photos" : allows the Magik app to save all the pictures later taken with the app in an Album named "Colgate Magik".
• "Select Photos" : all the pictures later taken with the Magik app will be saved in the device and shown in the "Recent" Album and "All Photos".
• "Don't Allow" : when using the Photo booth in Magik app to take photos, the pictures will not be saved. 

After you grant or deny access, or if you're having trouble taking pictures, you can change access later:

1. Go to Settings > Colgate Magik.

2. Tap the Photos category and change the level of access.

In the exception of the profile picture, the Colgate Magik app stores all pictures taken in your device picture library rather than in Colgate's servers. To understand how the Magik app uses your data you can visit our Privacy Policy.
