Switching off your Pulse smart toothbrush

Standby

After pressing the button to turn off your brush, it will remain in standby mode for 20 seconds. This allows you to take a quick break and resume brushing within your current brushing cycle. Your 2 minute brushing streak will not be impacted if you resume brushing within this 20 second period. 

Power Off

After 20 seconds in standby mode the brush will turn off. 

Colgate Pulse smart toothbrush uses advanced technology to use as little power as possible while keeping Bluetooth active.

Extended storage

If you plan to stop using your Colgate Pulse toothbrush for an extended period of time, we recommend that you unplug the charging base, clean the toothbrush handle and heads, and store them in a cool dark place.

If you start using your toothbrush again after an extended period of time, place it on the charger for at least 10 hours, then pair it with your phone before using it. Reunited at last!
