To make opening the Colgate apps easier, we decided not to request a password to log in.
Should you need to log back in at any point, such as after uninstalling the application or after changing your phone, try these steps:
- Tap "Log in an existing acccount"
- Enter your email address and tap "next"
- You should receive an email at the indicated address
- Open the message from the device on which the Colgate app is installed
- Click on the link contained in the e-mail
This should open the Colgate app with your acccount connnected.
If you're using an Apple device running iOS 13, the feature Sign in with Apple makes it easy for you to sign in to the Colgate app using your Apple ID.
