If you have changed your phone or tablet, or uninstalled the application from your device, you can reconnect to your account by completing the following steps:
- Open the Colgate® Connect app
- Click Log in
There are different ways to re-log in your Colgate Connect account based on the way you created your account:
- On iOS, you can use your Apple ID with Sign in with Apple.
- Using Facebook Connect, if you have created your Colgate account using Facebook.
- If you created your account using an email address: enter your email address, then click 'Next'. You will receive a message at the indicated mail address. From your phone or tablet, click the link contained in the email message. You will then be taken to the application and will find you are now logged in!
