The Colgate® Connect M1 uses Bluetooth Low Energy to connect to your smartphone. If you can't connect it, learn what to do.
If you already paired your toothbrush and lost connection
If you previously connected your Colgate® Connect M1 to your device but lost connection, you will see a question mark near the toothbrush icon.
To get help pairing your Colgate Connect E1 to your device, try these steps:

Make sure the Bluetooth is enabled on your device.

Place the toothbrush and your device nearby.
If you still can't pair your Colgate® Connect M1 :

If you previously paired your toothbrush with the app, forget it in the settings and connect as a new toothbrush.

If you can't connect your toothbrush with you primary device, try to pair it with another device.
