If you already have a Colgate product, you can reconnect to your existing Colgate account. You may need to do this if you have changed your phone or tablet, or uninstalled the Colgate Magik App from your device.
To reconnect to your existing account:
- Download the Colgate Magik app
- Open the Colgate Magik app, click Log in in the right bottom
- Enter your email address, then click Next
- From the device where you're trying to log in the Magik app, tap on the link
If the link return "invalid code"
Here are the reasons that can result in this error message during the steps described above:
- The link must be opened from the device where you're trying to log in
- The link is valid for 30 minutes
- The link is only valid once : if you already clicked it, the link is void
In such situation give these steps a try:
- Remove all invitation to connect received in your inbox
- Open the Magik app and tap on 'Log in'
- Type your Colgate Connect account email
- Try to reconnect using the latest message received
