If you have changed your phone or tablet, or uninstalled the application from your device, you can reconnect to your account by completing the following steps:
- Open the Colgate Smile app, tap Log in
- Type your email address
- You have received a link in your inbox.
The link must be opened from the device you want to use. If you don’t have access to your mailbox from this device, you can forward the link by email to another address. The link is only valid once and during 10 minutes.
If you use Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, it’s even faster! Simply tap on the option to sign in your Colgate Smile account.
