You can cancel or make changes to your subscription at any time by logging in to your account.
If you do not have an account, you can create one by using the same email address from your purchase. When you log in, you have the option to modify the frequency of your subscription. If you’d like to cancel it, you can do that too.
Follow the next steps to:
Change date of shipment
- Log into your account and click Manage Subscriptions
- Find the subscription you want to modify
- Click on Order Actions to get the drop down menu
- Choose Change Date and a pop up will appear
- Enter the new order date and click apply
Skip order
- Log into your account and click Manage Subscriptions
- Find the subscription you want to modify
- Click on Order Actions to get the drop down menu
- Choose Skip Order and a pop up will appear showing the new data the order will ship accordion to the frequency originally chosen
- Click Confirm
All items in this subscription will be affected by this change
Send order now
- Log into your account and click Manage Subscriptions
- Find the subscription you want to modify
- Click on Order Actions to get the drop down menu
- Choose Send Now and a pop up will appear
- Click Send Now
All items in this subscription will be affected by this change
Change quantity & frequency
You can change the quantity of item in you subscription (1-10 units) as well as their shipment frequency (every 1-6 months)
- Log into your account and click Manage Subscriptions
- Find the items in your subscription that you may want to change (quantity or frequency)
- If you want to change the quantity of a particular item within your subscription, look for the label Sending under that item and click the drop down menu to select the new desired quantity
- If you want to change the frequency of a particular item within your subscription, look for the label Every under that item and click the drop down menu to select the new desired frequency
Pause a subscription
- Log into your account and click Manage Subscriptions
- Find the item in your subscription that you may want to pause
- Click Pause Subscription
- In the pop up, select the date when you want the subscription to resume
- Click Confirm
Remove an item from a subscription
When you have more than one item in your subscription, there is an option to “Remove Item from Order
- Log into your account and click Manage Subscriptions
- Find the item in your subscription that you may want to remove
- Click Remove Item from Order
- In the pop up message, click confirm
Cancel a current subscription
- Log into your account and click Manage Subscriptions
- Find the item in your subscription that you may want to cancel
- Click Cancel Subscription
- In the pop up, select the reason for canceling and click Cancel Subscription
- This is now considered an inactive subscription
Reactivate a canceled subscription
- If you have Active Subscriptions, you need to scroll down to find your “Inactive Subscriptions” under them
- Click Reactivate to trigger a pop up
- Then click Reactivate again
