You can cancel or make changes to your subscription at any time by logging in to your account.When you log in, you have the option to modify the frequency of your subscription. If you’d like to cancel it, you can do that too.
To change the frequency of a current subscription
- From the navigation bar on shop.colgate.com click on the account icon (right upper corner of the page)
- After logging in, go to “Manage Subscriptions” and click on “Manage”
- Find the subscription that you want to cancel and click on “Manage”
- Then, on the following page use the drop down menu under “Change Frequency” to select how often you want to receive your subscription
- Click “Yes” to change your frequency
- “Your subscription frequency has been changed” will appear on your screen
To cancel a current subscription
- From the navigation bar on shop.colgate.com click on the account icon (right upper corner of the page)
- After logging in, go to “Manage Subscriptions” and click on “Manage”
- Find the subscription that you want to cancel and click on “Manage”
- Then, on the following page click on “Cancel Subscription”
- Click “Yes” to cancel your subscription
- “Your subscription has been canceled” will appear on your screen
To reactivate a canceled subscription
- From the navigation bar on shop.colgate.com click on the account icon (right upper corner of the page)
- After logging in, go to “Manage Subscriptions” and click on “Manage”
- Find the subscription that you want to reactivate and click on “Manage”
- Then, on the following page click on “Reactivate Subscription”
- Select how often you want to receive your subscription by using the dropdown menu under “Select a Frequency Option”
- Click “Reactivate” to reactivate your subscription
- “Your subscription has been reactivated” will appear on your screen
