Limited product warranty

Colgate warrants to the original purchaser that your Colgate-branded device and Colgate-branded device accessories (collectively, the “Product”) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

To obtain warranty service, a return label must be requested from Customer Service. To request a return label, please contact us here. The return label provided by Customer Service must be used to return your product. You must return your Product, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, as instructed by Customer Service.
