Unpair your hum toothbrush

In some cases, you might need to unpair your toothbrush from the Colgate Connect App in order to get things synced up again.

Disconnect your toothbrush

1. Open the Colgate Connect App
2. From the home page, tap the toothbrush icon in the top-left status bar
3. Select “Forget this toothbrush, please!” at the bottom of the screen
4. Confirm that you want to unpair the toothbrush pressing "Forget toothbrush"

Once your toothbrush has been unpaired, you can connect it with another device or connect a new toothbrush with your Colgate Connect app.
