Managing your Colgate account in hum kids by Colgate app

The Colgate account allows you to keep track of your kids progress in the hum kids app. You will also be able to:

• Set your preferences
• Create multiple adventurers
• Access your personal information

Create a Colgate account

1. Start by downloading the hum kids by Colgate app.
2. You'll be invited to onboard, simply follow the instructions given.
3. Enter your email to be used as your Colgate Account login. Read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, then check the boxes. 
4. Tap “Sign up”.

Logging out of your account

To log out of your account:

1. Go to the Parental Dashboard
2. Click on Settings
3. Select Log out

Reconnect to my account

New phone or tablet? No problem!

If you have a new device, or uninstalled the application, you can reconnect to your account in two different ways. If you use the application on the same device as your mailbox, you can connect by completing the following steps

1. Download the hum kids by Colgate app
2. Open the hum kids app, click Log in (bottom right)
3. Enter your email address, then click Next. 
4. From your device, check your email for a message with a link to log back in
5. Click on the link and you’ll be taken to the application 

However, if the application is not on the same device as your mailbox, it is possible for you to connect to hum kids by Colgate via a code, without using the connection link sent by email! 

To do so:

1. Open the Colgate Magik app, click Log in in the right bottom,
2. Enter your email address, then click Next. 
3. From your device, check your email for a message with a 6-digit code
4. Enter the code on the app, and it will log you in!

You are now logged in and good to go!

Deleting your account

Be aware! If you delete your Colgate account, you will lose all your brushing data. Once an account is deleted, it can not be restored and all brushing data will be lost.

To delete your account:

1. Go to Parental Dashboard
2. Click on Settings
3. Select Delete my Account
