Can't access the hum kids app gallery?

All the pictures taken with hum kids by Colgate app are stored in your device's pictures library. You can access them from the in-app gallery or directly view them in your device pictures library.

However, for some Android devices, the in-app gallery might not open and the error message ‘Couldn’t find item’ may occur. This can happen if you choose an app other than ‘Photos’ to open them when prompted. 

If this happens, please follow these simple steps to change the default setting of your Android device.

1. Open your device Settings and find Apps
2. Search Default apps and choose Gallery
3. Change the default setting from Gallery to Photos
4. Open hum kids app and tap Gallery icon on the home page. A pop-up will prompt you to choose which app to use to open the gallery: choose Photos and you will be able to access the in-app gallery.

On Android, to change the default settings, some of these steps may work in different names.
