Special instructions for hum subscriptions prior to April/2022

Visit shop.colgate.com/account/create-accountto create a new account with the email address used to purchase your hum subscription 

To change the date of your next delivery:

• Navigate to "Manage Subscriptions" 
• Click the "Order Actions" dropdown and select “Change Date”

• Update the date for your next subscription delivery 

To change the frequency of your future orders: 

• Navigate to the dropdowns under the product name to update quantity and future frequency.
• Important Note: Updating your frequency does not change the date of your next order.  You need to follow the directions listed under “To change the date of your next delivery” to update your delivery date.
